It depends on the roof, but we typically won't get on a roof of it is not safe.
What are ice dams?
Ice dams are areas where snow melts and freezes in a certain area. Proper insulation and ventilation help reduce ice dams. Also, we place Ice & Water shield along the first 3 feet of eaves and all valley areas.
